** The IACOHC is highly selective as to which products it sells to the profession. Only those that have proven over time to truly help DCs work with employers are available through the IACOHC Resource Center. The IACOHC wants to give you the best for your investment.

Resources that help you help industry are available at very reasonable cost. We want you to invest in what you need for what you are attempting to do, whether that's marketing to employers in your local community or delivering ergonomics solutions for seated workers, educating employers about dynamic wellness at work, or providing patient education. Chiropractic is at the forefront for performing (post job offer) pre-placement examinations to local employers. Resources sold through the IACOHC are only those that have a proven track record of helping DCs work with employers.

If you are a novice in this specialty field, we recommend obtaining the IACOHC Chiropractic Occupational Health & Applied Ergonomics manual - we call it the "Get Started Manual". The manual gives you the basic information about your role in occ health, services you can provide such as post-offer preplacement examinations, guidance regarding OSHA inspections, marketing to employers, and other useful information as how to market your services, OSHA compliance, worker selection, the Industrial Work Related Injury Survey (IWRIS), and more. (General and Associate members may join the IACOHC and the manual is free!) It's just a good place to begin.
